Please note that items purchased on discount or during sales are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase
You will need to provide either the original receipt or the online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging along with the original invoice. If you received a defective item, an incorrect size, or the wrong product, please provide proof. Items delivered in boxes must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

• The item(s) must be unused and have all tags attached.

• Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order invoice or confirmation email.

• Returns are accepted only if the items received were incorrect or damaged.
